Since June I have lost 45 lbs, but the past month or so I have lost my motivation. I have quite a bit more weight to lose, and I’m scared of gaining what I lost back. Any tips to get me through this holiday slump?

Allan Heng asked:
I once got to know a person who seem to be having a strong desire to succeed in life. This person will go around, telling people that he will, one day achieve his goals and dreams. Initially, everyone seems to believe in him, as he usually portrayed a very confidence front. However, after a few encounters, I realized that this person has a few close friends, and most of the “surface” friends don’t have a very good impression of him.
And there was once when I participated in a huge seminars with probably a few thousands individuals participating as well. As this was my first motivational seminar, I was shocked by the way these people behaves! They are highly charged up and highly motivated! Nothing seems to be able to stop them from achieving anything they want to achieve. However, it did occurred to me, if there are thousands of super hyper charged individuals attending such seminars, how come only a handful of them really make it and live their dreams?
That is where I realized the power of taking actions. Truly successful people constantly take actions, receive feedbacks, and continue to take actions until they achieve what they set out to achieve. I started to realize many people who desire to succeed would take certain actions, however, they tend to giveup once they encounter obstacles. So they continue to invest in seminars, thinking of “re-charging” themselves and go out again. However, they are still back to square one, unable to overcome their obstacles.
Some others will go and get highly motivated, but do nothing once they are out of the seminar, giving tons of excuses, and constantly procrastinating, choosing to believe that they are too old to learn, do not have enough time, too little money to make money, and the list goes on.
These people failed to realize the true power of taking necessary actions. It is not so much about taking any kinds of actions. It is about the right actions that will propels you forward instead of walking round the bush, and believing that you are actually closer to your goals.
Taking the right and necessary actions means that eventhough it may be extremely uncomfortable and tough. It is about taking conscious actions and understanding the feedbacks. So if anyone wants to be successful, taking the right and necessary actions is definitely one of the critical success factors.

Anthony Garvin asked:
Now that Transformers action figures have been around for more than 20 years, they are considered collector’s items, or even vintage toys. Back in the mid-1980s up until the mid-1990s, Transformers figurines could be purchased in just about any semi-major toy or department store on the planet. However, as the Transformers cartoon TV series generation has gotten older, and by and large, Transformers is not played on TV on a regular basis anymore, being able to find Transformers action figures has gotten a little bit more difficult over time.
However, this does not mean that finding transformer action figures has to be difficult, you just need to know where to look — and that’s what we’re here to help you with today.
Specialty toy stores
Stores that cater to specific demographic, for instance, 20 to 30 somethings who are looking to walk down memory lane and maybe bask in some nostalgia, may offer Transformers action figures along with a whole slew of other 1980s to 1990s toys and games.
Garage sales or secondhand stores
One of the greatest things about the purchasing secondhand goods is that oftentimes you can find rare or even impossible-to-get-a-hold-of goods for next to nothing in price. Now, if you’re looking to pick up Transformers action figures as a collector, where you intend to possibly pass them on to your children, or to sell them and make a profit, used Transformers figurines and toys may not be what you’re really after. Nonetheless, garage sales or secondhand stores are a great place to pick up some of these now-vintage toys.
On the internet
The internet has given us instant access to just about anything that has ever been created in the world, so long as you’re willing to pay the price. However, Transformers action figures, unless rare or a part of a larger collection, generally won’t set you back a fortune — our point here is that the internet is a great place to begin, and even end, your search for these gadgets for kids and the kids at heart.
Even though you will not find the Transformers TV series being syndicated on network television, at least in the USA, and Transformers action figures may not be the hottest sellers in nation-wide toy stores — there are plenty of venues where you can find these older toys. If you’re looking for the widest selection of these vintage kids toys, we suggest starting your search online, and hitting up a garage sale or two when you’re out and about.
Find transformer action figures online at http://www.transformersfigures.net.
