		<description>This is what i did and what i recommend. I went through some horrible difficulties in ym life and let myself go. I had to lose 80 pounds! And i did!

1. Eat between 1200-1500 cals a day. Fitday.com has a good free tracker for this. 
2. Drink at least 100 oz of water a day. 
3. Cut out all sodas. Sodas slow your metabolism.
4. Cut out all fried/junk food except for 1 meal a week.
5. The best way to avoid damage from binging is to only have healthy foods in your house. Eating all the bananas in the house is a lot better than eating all the chips in the house.
6. Work out at least 1 hour a day 5 times a week. Make sure you are using light weights when you lift. If you are not targeting any specific region when you lift (just doing a little for each body part) i suggest lifting every other day. 30 minutes would be better.
7. Pray about it. Ask God to help with your will power and your dedication.</description>
