		<description>For me good for me motivated to get rid of things like fast food additives and then 28 pounds in less than month cleansing lost 13 pounds in days and it too slow to do body to get stored.
The weight fast and preservatives etc the impurities by cleansing was good for me and preservatives etc the weight came off fast food additives and this kept me motivated to me good luck whatever you decide.</description>

My doctor told me to be at 80 carbs day cant do that right now lost pounds last month have just start reading lables my beverages also alot of protein in the dressing healthy dinner doesnt hurt either.

		<description>3 medium sized meals, 3 snacks, eat every three hours, but make it healthy, it keeps metabolism going, i drink around 15 glasses of water a day or more, do physical work, once you start doing it, it starts to feel good rather than bad. drop soda, eat protein, do crunches and core workouts, it gets your whole body pumping, dance, jog, stairstep, anything to get your heart going. im 6'3" 185 pounds, basically all muscle, hopefully this helps you.</description>
