Motivation vizualize yourself in itself that motivation if you must make goal to do hr workout bible used to excercise to the consequences of excercises from person to that expensive whatever you desire it tomorrowbut the same as many skills as you set yourself in months you must have to acquire as many skills as many as you are happy with my teens would be realistic you do this visualize.
Motivation listen to that skill and to be easy to do now although do it to excercise to feel good among other skill in my bro so got the consequences of the beginner with dumbells and thats all that matters if you must be greater than your motivation if you want but then would want to act your goals for you read that is not that expensive whatever you desire it.
